OverPower Card Game: Skybound Booster Box

LRG is preparing for a major new chapter in the Modern OverPower TCG with the Skybound release, led by the high-impact action of Invincible and the survival-driven world of The Walking Dead, the release also includes character from the critically acclaimed series’ Birthright and Excellence.

The Skybound release continues to deliver what OverPower is known for, a player experience of feeling like YOU are controlling your favorite characters in a super hero battle or helping them complete their unique mission.

This release is built to shake up Modern OverPower with new characters, new strategic interactions, and expanded deck-building options, adding 36 playable characters to the game. With Invincible and The Walking Dead players will be able to create their dream teams in both Legacy and Modern play formats. Skybound Overpower delivers exciting and impactful additions for both casual and competitive play.

OverPower is a card game based battle simulator where opponents create four-character teams to compete against each other using their favorite heroes and villains from a variety of different intellectual properties and universes.

Games are played through a series of drawn hands or ‘battles’ until one team is defeated by each character getting ‘knocked out’, or by completing their mission using a system where the winner is determined by the amount of damage landed at the end of each battle.

Each Booster Display Box is loaded with 612 cards for players and collectors chasing bigger battles, stronger pulls, and deeper deckbuilding options. Each pack contains 12 Commons, 4 Uncommons, and 1 Rare.
