Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days or less. Expect an order update email within 2 business days with tracking information. If there are any delays on your order, we will inform you by email. In the rare event of an inventory shortage, we will refund you for any items which we were unable to fulfill. If your order has reached a free shipping threshold prior to any refunds, then any remaining items in your order will still be shipped for free even if your total no longer meets the minimum requirements.

We strive to reduce our costs and our environmental impact, we re-use shipping boxes whenever possible.

Some of our inventory is stored in Amazon warehouses. As such, your order may be split into several shipments if your items are physically stored in different locations. You will be provided with multiple tracking numbers in that scenario.

LOCAL PICKUP -  Mississauga, ON (Near Derry Rd & Mavis Rd)

Pickup orders are usually ready to be picked up in less than 24 hours Monday-Friday. Weekend pickups can be accommodated when our schedule allows. We do not have a retail storefront, this business is operated from our home, and for security reasons most of our inventory is stored off-site. We make daily trips to our storage facility to gather products as needed to fulfill orders. Once your order items are ready for pickup, we will contact you through email/text to work out a satisfactory pickup time, and provide you with pickup instructions. We generally do not allow pickups after 10:00 pm, however we will do our best to accommodate your schedule when necessary. We will hold your purchased items for as long as you need us to do so.

Some of our inventory is stored in Amazon warehouses, and is not available for local pickup. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES  

At this time, we are offering shipping anywhere in Canada for $12.00. Orders above $200 will be shipped for free (with tracking information), using the cheapest available method. At checkout, you will have the option to purchase expedited shipping if desired. Please note that all shipping times are estimates, and we are not responsible for any delays which may occur with the courier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not officially offer an option for international shipping. If you live outside of Canada and would like to place an order, manual orders can be generated through Paypal or Wise. You can message us on chat or by email, and we will investigate your request.

Please do not contact for International quotes unless you are very serious about purchasing.

 

SUSPECTED FRAULENT ORDERS

We use fraud detection algorithms to alert us of suspected fraudulent orders. If we believe your order is likely to be fraudulent, we will cancel it or contact you to provide additional information. In the event that you are unable to provide the requested information, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

We do not accept Paypal for pickup orders with new customers. Returning customers in good standing will be allowed to pay via Paypal; new customers may use Paypal for shipped orders only.
