Canada Post Strike

If your order was placed prior to the strike and is currently stranded, unfortunately there is nothing that we are able to do to help at this time. If there had been warning from Canada Post/CUPW that a potential strike was imminent, then we would have made other shipping arrangements, but this strike was a surprise to everyone so there was no chance to look at alternative options. At this point all that we can do is wait for the strike to resolve, and then hopefully the packages will start flowing to their destinations. Thank you for your understanding.

For new orders, in most cases, we are not affected by the Canada Post strike. If you live in or near any major city in Canada, you will not be affected. We use Chit Chats for most of our shipments, or UPS/Purolator/Canpar for select regions. However these couriers do not deliver to everywhere in Canada, and none can deliver to PO Boxes.

When checking out, choose "Standard Shipping" and we will ship using available methods outside of Canada Post. You may also select Purolator if you prefer.

We cannot deliver to you if:

1. You have a PO Box

2. You are in the Northern Territories or other remote locations within the Provinces where the option to ship is not available to us OR is excessively expensive to ship to.

3. You are shipping to a Rural Remote addresses (often indicated by a RR or LCD found in your address).

If you are usure if you qualify, you can send us a message with your address and we can check that shipping is available to you.

If you place an order where Canada Post is the only reasonably priced option to ship, we will send you a message to determine if you would like to wait for the strike to end or cancel your order.
